Refund policy
We are sorry that we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our items (with the exception of non-bespoke items) as they are personalised and unique to you. Please be mindful of this when choosing your size. Please contact us if you would like measurements of garments and we will do our best to help. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, please let as know asap so that we can resolve it for you. You can do that via email quoting your order number.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We are happy to personalise items supplied by our customers, however, it is done at their own risk. Although every care is taken, occasionally items get damaged. If your item is valuable (either financial or sentimental) it is recommended that you don't get them personalised.
Non-bespoke items
These may be returned within 14 working days as long as they have not been removed from their original packaging. If you would like an exchange, please email us at supremeofsew@gmail.com
