Terms of service

Our personalised items can take up to 14 working days for delivery as each one is lovingly handmade and bespoke to the customer. At peak times, the lead time may be longer. If your purchase is urgent please contact us to discuss.

We are happy to personalise items supplied by our customers, however, it is done at their own risk. Although every care is taken, occasionally items get damaged. We regret that we can not reimburse or replace damaged items, but we will refund the cost of the personalisation. If your items are valuable (either financial or sentimental) it is recommended that you don't get them personalised.
