Shipping policy

Non-bespoke items will be shipped within 2 working days of order. Please allow up to 21 working days for printed or embroidered items (this may be subject to change during our busiest periods), although every effort will be made to ship sooner. 

Unless free shipping is stated, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. In the instance of an item unable to be delivered (eg the item is large and/or needs to be signed for and nobody is around) the courier will make a second attempt at delivery, after this the item will be returned to Supreme of Sew. The item can be re-shipped at an additional cost or a refund can be given, minus the original shipping fee.
