Our equiSupreme coats have been thoroughly tried and tested by equestrians, dog walkers and farmers. Please see the size guide in the pics below. Please take note of the measurements as different people prefer different fits with their coat. XXS and XS are children's sizes. S and M have the same c test size but the M is a longer length.

We regret that we cannot exchange personalised items - please make sure you have selected the right size. Measurements can be found in the picture gallery.

    Shipping & Returns

    For non-embroidered items, unless specified, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

    For personalised items, such as embroidery and digital art, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

    Returns accepted within 30 days of your original purchase, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    • Please ensure unwanted items are returned within this period.
    • Your item must be unworn, un marked, unwashed and in its original packaging with its labelling intact.
    • All items are inspected before a refund is processed and items deemed to not be in brand new condition will be returned to you.
    • We will aim to action refunds within 10 working days. Credit/debit cards may take up to 7 workings days to clear into your account.
    • We recommend you send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
    • Buyer is responsible for return postage

    If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

    We regret that we cannot refund personalised items unless damaged or faulty.
