Do you have a favourite photo of your pet? Perhaps you don't like the background, or perhaps you would just like to turn them into a statement-piece of wall art.

All we need is a picture, with good clarity, emailed to us and we will turn this into a work of art. We will send you a proof before sending to print to make sure you receive a piece of wall art you will be thrilled with. Feel free to send us any further details such as colour scheme of the room the artwork is to go in and we will suggest what we think will work best.  

Please note sizes are approximate. Mounts and frames are additional.

Remember to make sure you have permission to use your photo. Professional photographers usually own the copyright.

Shipping & Returns

For non-embroidered items, unless specified, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

For personalised items, such as embroidery and digital art, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Returns accepted within 30 days of your original purchase, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Please ensure unwanted items are returned within this period.
  • Your item must be unworn, un marked, unwashed and in its original packaging with its labelling intact.
  • All items are inspected before a refund is processed and items deemed to not be in brand new condition will be returned to you.
  • We will aim to action refunds within 10 working days. Credit/debit cards may take up to 7 workings days to clear into your account.
  • We recommend you send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

We regret that we cannot refund personalised items unless damaged or faulty.

    With the exception of non- bespoke items, such as rugs, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our items as they are personalised and unique to you. Please be mindful of this when choosing your size.
