Our deluxe embroidered pet portraits are lovingly hand-drawn from your chosen picture, with lots of beautiful detail to ensure an excellent likeness to your pet. We work with you to make sure you love the finished product just as much as we do!
Some additional colours are available on request.
Please note: the sizes are on the generous side. If you are in doubt, please get in touch for measurements.
As with all of our embroidered items, we always aim to get items dispatched ASAP but please allow up to 21 working days for delivery (peak periods, such as Christmas may be longer). If your order is urgent, please email us.
Due to the personalised nature of our embroidered items, we regret that we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.

Shipping & Returns
For non-embroidered items, unless specified, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
For personalised items, such as embroidery and digital art, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.
Returns accepted within 30 days of your original purchase, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Please ensure unwanted items are returned within this period.
- Your item must be unworn, un marked, unwashed and in its original packaging with its labelling intact.
- All items are inspected before a refund is processed and items deemed to not be in brand new condition will be returned to you.
- We will aim to action refunds within 10 working days. Credit/debit cards may take up to 7 workings days to clear into your account.
- We recommend you send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
- Buyer is responsible for return postage
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
We regret that we cannot refund personalised items unless damaged or faulty.

Refunds and Exchanges
With the exception of non- bespoke items, such as rugs, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our items as they are personalised and unique to you. Please be mindful of this when choosing your size.
