Our "qualified baselayers" are personalised with your horse and rider name making them the perfect gift for those that have qualified for a special event.

RIHS - Available in Navy with pink/white or gold/white text
STARS - Available in Navy with red/white text or Red with navy/white text
HOYS - Available in Navy with gold/white text

Although we always aim to get your items out as quickly as possible, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. If your order is urgent, please message us to make sure we can dispatch in the required timeframe.

Due to the personalised nature of our printed items, we regret that we cannot accept returns unless the item is faulty.

    Shipping & Returns

    For non-embroidered items, unless specified, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

    For personalised items, such as embroidery and digital art, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

    Returns accepted within 30 days of your original purchase, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    • Please ensure unwanted items are returned within this period.
    • Your item must be unworn, un marked, unwashed and in its original packaging with its labelling intact.
    • All items are inspected before a refund is processed and items deemed to not be in brand new condition will be returned to you.
    • We will aim to action refunds within 10 working days. Credit/debit cards may take up to 7 workings days to clear into your account.
    • We recommend you send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
    • Buyer is responsible for return postage

    If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

    We regret that we cannot refund personalised items unless damaged or faulty.

      With the exception of non- bespoke items, such as rugs, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our items as they are personalised and unique to you. Please be mindful of this when choosing your size.
