Rug Embroidery Booking

Pre-book your rug embroidery slot to avoid disappointment.

Rug personalisation will be £20 for 20 letters (50p per additional letter)
The £5 booking deposit will be DEDUCTED from your total.
Payment due on collection.

THE TIME SLOT YOU ARE BOOKING IS THE TIME SLOT THAT WE WILL WORK ON YOUR RUG. RUG DROP-OFF MUST BE PRIOR TO YOUR BOOKING. Please see below.

MORNING TIME SLOT
Rug Drop-off
If you are wanting to book a morning time slot for your rug personalisation, your rug will need to be dropped off by 6PM the night before your booking or by 9AM the day of booking. The rugs will be worked on in order of time dropped off. If you drop-off last, your rug will be ready last.
Collection
You will receive a text when your rug is ready for collection, the same day as your booking.

AFTERNOON TIME SLOT
Rug Drop-off
Your rug will need to be dropped off by 12PM the morning of your booking. If you drop-off last, your rug will be ready last.
Collection
You will receive a text when your rug is ready for collection, which may be the same afternoon as your booking or the following morning.

IF YOU MISS YOUR DROP-OFF
If you forget to drop-off your rug at the time stated above, although we will make every effort to get your rug embroidered ASAP, we cannot guarantee it will be within your original booked time slot. Bookings are non-refundable.

Shipping & Returns

For non-embroidered items, unless specified, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

For personalised items, such as embroidery and digital art, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Returns accepted within 30 days of your original purchase, if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Please ensure unwanted items are returned within this period.
  • Your item must be unworn, un marked, unwashed and in its original packaging with its labelling intact.
  • All items are inspected before a refund is processed and items deemed to not be in brand new condition will be returned to you.
  • We will aim to action refunds within 10 working days. Credit/debit cards may take up to 7 workings days to clear into your account.
  • We recommend you send your package by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
  • Buyer is responsible for return postage

If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

We regret that we cannot refund personalised items unless damaged or faulty.
